Social Scene
San Diego Family Services is proud to be partnering with the Boys and
Girls Club to bring you Social Scene!
Social Scene is a 10-week comprehensive certification program aimed at
7th and 8th graders. Social Scene will help pre-teens develop the
necessary social skills and emotional intelligence to reach their full
potential and ensure future success as responsible, caring individuals. Topics
covered include communication, dealing with feelings, self-control, self-management,
self-esteem, body image, and problem-solving.
When:
Social Scene classes
are held weekly depending upon the time of year.
Where:
Classes will be held at the Boys and Girls Club
of San Diegiuto- Polester, 3800-A Mykonos Lane.
Cost:
Full program: $249.00 or 2 payments of $124.50. Financial
Assistance is available.
