Services for Military Personnel
& Families
Located in San Diego County, we are very connected with our local military
and we understand the numerous issues that go along with being a military
family. In addition to issues surrounding deployment, there are also numerous
issues related to frequent relocation and other military effects. This is
why San Diego Family Services has created an entire arm of its organization
dedicated to military personnel, their spouses, families, and children.
We address numerous military-related issues including:
Adjustment to Deployment (for servicemen, spouses, and children)
Re-adjustment upon return from deployment
Parenting Issues
Communication
Traumatic Stress Issues
Domestic Violence
Intimacy and Sexuality
Relationship Issues
Child & Teen Issues
These issues can be addressed with individual therapy, couples therapy,
family therapy, or in one of our many groups catering specifically to military
families.
