Our Services -- Out-Patient Group
The services provided by San Diego Family Services are widespread and comprehensive
to meet everyone’s needs.
We provide individual therapeutic services for men, women,
children, and teens, that utilize individualized treatment planning processed
to cater to each individual’s specific needs. We also offer services for psychological
testing, custody evaluations, and custody home visits.
We offer a variety of services aimed at couples to help
improve and enhance relationships while securing a long-term future. These
services include couples therapy, pre-marital therapy, sex therapy and cover
multiple issues including intimacy, communication, and gay/lesbian issues. We
also offer groups aimed at couples including our Romance
and Passion Group.
We provide family therapy for families of all shapes and
sizes. We can help you work through numerous familial issues including
single parenting, blended families, step-parenting, sibling issues, and parent-child
relationships.
We offer individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as group therapy
catered to the specific needs of military families, addressing
issues such as traumatic stress, adjustment, communication, deployment issues,
parenting, domestic violence, depression and anxiety.
We have extensive expertise in numerous assessment and evaluation procedures. These
include: child custody evaluations, psychological evaluations for gastric
bypass candidacy, parenting capacity and competency evaluations, child behavioral
assessments.

Our In-Patient Group prides itself in bringing a new way of doing business for the In-Patient Community. Our In-Patient
therapists are experienced, qualified, and well versed in the treatment for those in Skilled Nursing Centers, Convalescent
