John Rego has been a Marriage & Family Therapist since 2007: Lic #45003. John graduated from San Diego State University. Thereafter, he earned his Masters degree at Fuller Seminary. His therapy experience stems from working with diverse individuals, couples, and families of all cultures and ages. As a therapist at the Community Relations Center, John has worked with clients struggling with emotional issues, substance abuse, grief, anxiety, depression, anger management, men's issues, life transitions, stress management, as well as faith based counseling needs. John will caringly work along side you and assist you in overcoming these roadblocks that may be holding you back from being the person you were meant to be.

Born and raised in sunny San Diego, John has enjoyed the coastal lifestyle of sand, sun, and waves. His love for the outdoors has provided him with a greater passion to live life to the fullest. John enjoys getting to know people from all backgrounds, as well as hearing about their unique stories, challenges, and beliefs.
