Dr. Rachel Passmore, PsyD

Dr. Rachel Passmore obtained her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles in 2005, emphasizing in Individuals, Family and Children. After her training in Los Angeles, she moved to San Diego to pursue her interest working with adolescents and transitional aged youth. Dr. Passmore has had over 5 years experience working in various clinical settings providing both individual and group psychotherapy with pre-teens, teens and adults with a variety of needs as well as testing for learning disabilities. In working with these individuals Dr. Passmore was able to provide assistance in areas of anxiety, depression, loss, relational issues, adoption issues, abuse, transitions, self-image, substance use as well as gay and lesbian issues.
Dr. Passmore’s approach to treatment is both collaborative and integrative bringing into consideration everyone’s uniqueness in diversity and in psychological need.
