Amy Hatcher, MA, MFTi - Outpatient Supervisor

Graduating from San Diego State University in 2005 with a BA in Psychology, and earning her Masters in Counseling from CSU Fresno in 2009, Amy has extensive education, knowledge and experience working with people from a myriad of backgrounds. A veteran of the USAF, Amy is familiar with the struggles both military members and their families experience during and after service to their country. After years of career experience as a military member, firefighter, and crisis counselor for a county agency, Amy is confident working with and through many issues, including: depression, anxiety, family difficulties, communication problems, and pervasive mental illness. Amy's aspiration is to provide compassionate encouragement and assist clients in achieving their goals by providing individual, couples, families, and group therapy.

As a MFT intern, Amy practices under the therapeutic direction of Dr. Christy Wise. She is also responsible for the direction and supervision of the outpatient office for San Diego Family Services.
