Amy Hatcher, MA, MFTi - Outpatient Supervisor
Graduating from San Diego State University in 2005 with a BA in Psychology, and earning her Masters in
Counseling from CSU Fresno in 2009, Amy has extensive education, knowledge and experience working with people
from a myriad of backgrounds. A veteran of the USAF, Amy is familiar with the struggles both military members
and their families experience during and after service to their country. After years of career experience as
a military member, firefighter, and crisis counselor for a county agency, Amy is confident working with and
through many issues, including: depression, anxiety, family difficulties, communication problems, and pervasive
mental illness. Amy's aspiration is to provide compassionate encouragement and assist clients in achieving their
goals by providing individual, couples, families, and group therapy.
As a MFT intern, Amy practices under the therapeutic direction of Dr. Christy Wise. She is also responsible for the direction and
supervision of the outpatient office for San Diego Family Services.
