	What To Look For In A Therapist Choosing a Therapist is not easy task. Your personal information is not always easy to divulge, especially to a complete stranger! When you look for a therapist or a psychologist take the following into account: 1) Are they licensed by the state they are working in? 2) Do they have a specialty and does that specialty suit your situation? 3) Are you planning on using insurance and if so, will they take your insurance? 4) If you use insurance, who is going to check your benefits?
